Baptist Grief Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing counseling services and support groups for people dealing with grief and loss.
They asked us to create a website that communicated a calm, welcoming and supportive environment for those seeking help. We worked closely with their grief counseling team to learn about the emotions that a user may be feeling, and created a design that prioritized empathy and peace.
We intentionally designed page templates that include copious amounts of open space to help visitors understand their options without feeling overwhelmed by walls of text.
We also developed the site with future growth in mind, building page templates that are flexible enough to scale up as the organization expands to multiple locations, adds new counselors, and offers new services.
We continue to support the Baptist Centers for Good Grief with content additions, new features and ongoing maintenance.
