When Bitfinder was ready to launch the new Awair Glow, they asked us to help them introduce it to the world.
The original Awair, which was already on the market, was positioned as a technology product. With the launch of Awair Glow, BitFinder was interested in redefining their brand to present Awair as a lust-worthy product that fit naturally into their customers’ healthy, technology-driven lives.
With a tight deadline, we designed and built a brand new e-commerce site, backed by a revised marketing strategy and custom site architecture. We worked with BitFinder’s Bay Area photographers to source images to support the new branding. And, we built the site on Shopify to capitalize on their top-notch e-commerce experience and robust servers, which can easily handle big traffic spikes associated with high profile product launches.
The new website was released in time for the holiday shopping season, and exceeded expectations in both sales and reviews. We continue to work with BitFinder to iterate on the site and improve the shopping experience for their growing customer base.
